- Arizona - Employers together with 1 or more workers, employment agencies, labour organizations, communications and advertising - does not contain the US or any department or bureau of the US, or government companies, or personal membership clubs that are tax exempt - Race, color, religion, gender, age 40 and over, mental or physical handicap, national origin, pregnancy, genetic information, retaliation, medical marijuana - does not include illegal drug usage - For public companies, sexual orientation by Executive Order 

- Arkansas - Employers that use 9 or more workers in each of twenty or more calendar weeks in the year-ago period - Sovereign immunity not waived - does not contain personal clubs or religious organizations - Race, religion, national origin, sex. Pregnancy, sensory\/mental\/physical disability, retaliation - Disability does not include compulsive behavior, illegal drug use, or alcoholism

 - California - Employers with 5 or more employees, both public and private, employment agencies, trade unions - Does not contain religious organizations or non profits - Employers with 1 or more workers for purposes of employer liability - Race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, sex, pregnancy, childbirth, and related medical conditions, breastfeeding, sex, gender identity, gender expression, age 40 and above, sexual orientation, military or veteran status, retaliation - Does not contain compulsive behavior or illegal drug use 

- Colorado - Public and private employers, job agencies, labor organizations, communications and advertising - Does not contain religious organizations or non profits - Race, creed, color, sex, sexual orientation, sex identity, age 40 and ...
